Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Leadthe design, implementation, and deployment of ServiceNow CMDB Health solutionsfor our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives andrequirements.
· Serve as the subjectmatter expert for ITOM processes and best practices, providing guidance andrecommendations to the project team
· Collaborate withproject stakeholders to gather... requirements, analyse business processes, andidentify opportunities for CMDB Identification and Reconciliation engine (IRE),CMDB Health and Discovery process optimization and automation.
· Configure andcustomize ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM modules, including Service Mapping, Discovery,Event Management, CMDB Health, CMDB IRE and Operational Intelligence, to meetproject needs.
· Develop technicalspecifications, workflows, and integration requirements to support ServiceNowimplementation projects.
· Conduct trainingsessions and knowledge transfer activities to enable ICT teams to effectivelyuse and maintain the implemented solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum6-8 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOMimplementations, CMDB Health, Service Mapping and Discovery modules.
· CertifiedImplementation Specialist certifications in ITSM and ITOM
· Strong knowledge of ITService Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
· Hands-on experience indesigning and configuring CMDB Health and ITOM solutions in the ServiceNowplatform.
· Familiarity with IToperations and infrastructure management concepts, including network devices,servers, databases, and cloud environments.
· Experience withServiceNow CMDB and integration with third-party tools and systems.
· Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot andresolve complex technical issues.
· Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate withclients and project teams.
· Utilizing plug-ins forintegrations and app development from SNOW application store and communities
· Strong experience inareas of Discovery and Orchestration supporting CMDB/Asset managementinitiatives, hands on experience with various data discovery sources like AzureMonitor, SCCM, IAM (Savyint or Sailpoint), Intune, Log file aggregators,Tenable and Dynatrace
· Proven experience inunderstanding & capturing business requirements, streamlining complexbusiness / IT processes and help manage / deploy ServiceNow capabilities /features in an agile manner
· Conductingin-person/Group and virtual training sessions for stakeholders as appropriate
· Working on Agile /Scrum development process
