Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITOM processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Event Management, Discovery, Proactive Customer Notifications.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems to automate processes.

Develop ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.

Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features to leverage best practices.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using standard and non-standard mechanisms like REST, SOAP etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.

Strong knowledge... of ServiceNow platform capabilities including ITSM and TSM modules.

Proficiency in JavaScript, varied experience in ITSM, TSM, CSM & OMT.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
