This position will provide Administration services such as system maintenance, technical troubleshooting, interfacing with ServiceNow Customer Support using Hi-Wave for technical support, managing roles, and access to the system. Experience in upgrading all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions that require preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments. Experience in major upgrades will be in accordance with NIH Center for Information Technology (CIT) Office of IT Services Management (OITSM) guidance. Perform all necessary patches and communicate with ServiceNow for technical support. Adhere to OIT change management processes when upgrading and patching the Production environment. Prepare and manage Upgrade/Patch Notes to document the fixes/changes/enhancements included in each system upgrade/patch and support the upgrade/patch process using standard ChM tools. Must prepare and submit an Upgrade/Patch Package, which includes the technical release instructions, scripts, schedule, and other documentation. Manage data connections and configurations from MECM, JAMF, SolarWinds, Tenable, and BigFix Service Graph Connectors (SGCs). Shall work with other functional teams such as NIEHS IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contractors to troubleshoot data quality, functional, and data connections connectivity issues.
