Title: Service Now Developer

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Portland, OR

• This position will focus entirely on ServiceNow. Ability to navigate around ServiceNow. Expertise in ServiceNow remediating Discovery errors. Familiar with layout/format of ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Scope: Remediate CMDB Health Metric results.
• Review dashboard/reports for new items, working on existing tasks, working on any outstanding project work. Weekly meetings, 1:1 with manager, working with co-work on assignments, project meetings. Managing multiple workstreams.
• Several projects to optimize the Configuration Management Database, one of which is to improve the health metrics. To maximize the usefulness and effectiveness of the CMDB, it must maintain a high level of accuracy. Data errors such as missing information, duplicate information, and stale/orphaned information raise friction with processes consuming CMDB data. Requirements

• Requires a bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6+ years experience with ServiceNow eDiscoveryStrong understanding & knowledge of CMDB
• Experience working with Virtual Agent, Employee Center/Service Portal, Integrations, specifically AWS integration, PPM administration.
• ITOM/CMDB, Integrations, SPM/PPM, fix/administer Discovery..
• Working process management skills, knowledge of policies and procedures, and strong business process and interrelationship skillsenvironment, erroneous CMDB data can lead to incorrect risk analysis and impede security posture.
