Title : ServiceNow Developers

Locations: Charlotte, New York, New Jersey, Minneapolis, Des Moines, Dallas/Plano, and Phoenix – candidates must be open to hybrid work

Duration : 12-24 months with FTE conversion potential

• Top Requirements:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience within ITSM or HRSD

• Service Portal/Catalog experience

• Experience implementing AI Search and Virtual Agent

• 4+ years working in an Agile Delivery team

Job Description:

• This person must have implemented and developed in SNOW and be proficient in the platform
• Experience with 3rd party integrations within ServiceNow
• Incident and problem/change management experience
• NLU understanding and chatbot experience
• CSA cert

Agile Team Development:

• Review Jira features and stories as needed
• Groom stories on to ensure they have clear descriptions of the requirements
• Work with Scrum Masters to ensure all features and stories are kept updated
• Size Jira stories and participate in agile ceremonies
• Provide timely updates on the status of assigned stories
• Deliver and deploy assigned stories in accordance with defined standards

ServiceNow Administration

• Support AI Search including AI tuning (to be transitioned from ITSM/HR to Platform)
• Quantify value metrics for Gen AI use cases and track develop process for tracking

ServiceNow Administration Process Improvement

• Operationalize Governance processes for ServiceNow AI
• Create action plans and stories to address friction in governance processes and implement continuous improvement as needed
• Monitor and correlate impact on OKRs from Features
