Role: ServiceNow Support Executive

Location: Raleigh, NC

Job Description:

  • Responsible for administration of ServiceNow tool
  • Troubleshooting Level 2/3 Incidents in ServiceNow Support queue
  • Accountable for Service Restoration/Resolution for incidents/tasks in-scope
  • Ensure production stability, and track issues to closure
  • Production Deployment & Certification
  • Pre-Production support
  • Limited to Small Enhancements
  • Code review and update as and when required for production issues
  • Regression testing support for small enhancements
  • Knowledge Management - Creating/Maintaining knowledgebase documents.
  • Vendor Liaison for the applications in scope
  • Performance/Status/SLA Reporting
  • Reporting - FAILED EVENTS, Resolution, Error trending, Daily scorecard
  • Participate in Change analysis and planning
  • Production Deployment & Certification
