Our client has a contract opportunity for a Software Engineer Specialist(ServiceNow) who is responsible for developing, configurating, and supporting FSI’s ServiceNow environment.
Top Seeking Skills :
- Experience with ServiceNow application development including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, Asset and Service Request Fulfillment
- Experience creating assets (CI), managing assets, with MID Servers, SAMP, discovery troubleshooting, and scripting
- Experience creating robust reporting using performance analytics.
PURPOSE OF POSITION :
- You will work in a team setting on various projects and take the customer’s requirements / stories and build them on the ServiceNow platform.
- They understand various ServiceNow Products (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, etc.)
Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Work directly with end users to resolve support issues and fulfill requests within ServiceNow
- Collaborate with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operational requirements and systems goals
- Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows.
Minimum Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience :
- 3+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
- Minimum of six years developer experience using modern web development.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services, etc.)
- Experience in API integration and troubleshoot API issues.
- Experience with ServiceNow application development including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, Asset and Service Request Fulfillment
- Experience creating assets (CI), managing assets, with MID Servers, SAMP, discovery troubleshooting, and scripting
- Experience creating robust reporting using performance analytics
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems.
- Knowledge and experience implementing secure coding practices as part of the sSDLC
- Experience using Static code scanning solutions and vulnerability remediation
- Experience supporting security incident response investigations
- Experience working securely with strict privileged credentials
- Basic knowledge of secure systems and network architecture
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience creating integrations and with bulk uploads and transform maps
- Demonstrated self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail
