Job Responsibilities:

Day-to-day responsibilities would include overall quality and governance of the configuration management process within the organization. This role will provide the IT organization with oversight and guidance for the associated end-to-end CMDB processes.

Top Five Skills Required

• 4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB experience (Configuration Management Database)
• 8+ years of process engineering experience

Nice to have skills

• CSDM knowledge/experience
• ITIL V3/V4
• Prior healthcare experience

• Bachelor's
