Description: The myIT team is looking for a Senior ServiceNow System Analyst to join our Scrum team. The myIT team within the End User Support department is responsible for supporting the ServiceNow platform for Allegis Groups global enterprise. We own the development and successful delivery of quality features that support IT service management and business process automation for Allegis Group on the ServiceNow platform. The senior ServiceNow System Analyst is the liaison between stakeholders and the development team. The analyst is responsible for translating business requirements and representing stakeholders during all phases of the lifecycle (planning, development, and release processes). Job Duties: Develop business and system process workflow diagrams. Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and areas of improvement. Translate business requirements into user stories for development. Assist with Product Backlog management, user story development, and prioritization. Create and update product deliverables and artifacts. Ability to interpret technical specifications within client requirements. Assist team with troubleshooting problems and resolution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, product team members, vendors, and external team members. Apply knowledge of business and system capabilities to anticipate needs, address issues that arise, and deliver value to customers. Facilitate stakeholder signoff demonstrations and UAT sessions.
