Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our Internal IT team and manage the configuration, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for implementing new features, resolving incidents, performing upgrades, and ensuring the security and performance of the platform. You will also collaborate with other IT staff and business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions using ServiceNow. This is a hybrid position. Sponsorship not available. Responsibilities
- Perform regular system administration tasks such as user management, access control, resolving incidents and working directly with users to resolve support issues.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations using ServiceNow tools and APIs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, availability, and security issues using ServiceNow tools and logs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other IT staff on ServiceNow functionality and usage.
- Document and update system configuration, processes, and policies related to ServiceNow.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or developer.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow applications and modules, especially Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficient in ServiceNow tools and technologies such as Service Portal, Flow Designer, Scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks such as incident management, change management, and case management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Employment Type: FULL_TIME
