ServiceNow Architect

The scope will include leading the existing state Architects to establish frameworks, patterns, automation, and appropriate solutions. Scope will also include assessing new technologies and providing recommendations for planning and implementation of those technologies. This position will collaborate with various State personnel and a number of different State agencies, as required and directed by the State. Architect will report to Deputy Chief Enterprise Architect.

ServiceNow Architect Design, create, and manage a ServiceNow architecture, to include, but not limited to: orchestration, CRM, integration services, CMDB Assist with Enterprise Architecture standards, standing up ARB, Architecture design templates, and related EA activities Assist with structuring and governance for an API led organization, to include, but not limited to: writing, implementing, managing, governing Assist in Azure and AWS building of microservices/APIs Experience with establishing a plan and governance model for AI is preferred, but not required This position will consult and assist as needed. This position will be 10% on-site (at least 2 days per month) in Jefferson City, Missouri.
