ServiceNow CMDB Consultant

This is a Contract-to-Hire position. No Corp-Corp candidates please.

We are seeking a CMDB Process Lead to support internal ITSM Team. We are NOT seeking a developer or analyst. Candidate must be able to explain how to operationally manage CMDB on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include overall quality and governance of the configuration management process within the organization. This role will provide the IT organization with oversight and guidance for the associated end-to-end CMDB processes.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of process engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of recent ServiceNow CMDB experience (Configuration Management Database).
• CSDM ((Common Service Data Model) experience.
• ServiceNow Discovery experience.
• ITIL V3/V4 is nice-to-have.
• Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $57.00 per hour
