What You Will Do:
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Perform unit, system, and integration testing.
- Debug and fix technical problems.
- Support the development of detailed technical documentation.
- Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
- Participate in platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
- Minimum Degree Required: US equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.
- Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience with ServiceNow SAP ERP Canvas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).
- Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.
- Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferred.
- Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
- General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment. The annual salary range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
