ServiceNow Sr Developer Location : Charlotte, North Carolina FTE/FTC Mandatory Certification-

  • CSA (ServiceNow System Administrator)
  • CAD (Certified Application Developer) Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
  • Service now development and implementation experience in ITSM and ITOM modules (Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, SLA, Change, CMDB & Asset)
  • Troubleshooting knowledge of event co-relation
  • Experience in development of custom modules/Application.
  • Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX
  • Webservices, SOAP, email, and other integration
  • SNOW version upgrades
  • ITIL Foundation v3 certification & ServiceNow Administration certification
  • Working with technical teams, business partners and project managers to assess, determine and mitigate possible cross impact to proposed releases and schedule project implementations as well as determine and understand business priorities and manage expectations to support on-going business needs.
  • Performing the installation, configuration, design, and implementation of compliant processes, intermediate to advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and eliminate issues.
  • Experience working with Performance Analytics, email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, and home pages.
  • knowledge on AngularJS, Bootstrap and service mapping will be added advantage.
  • Expertise on API integrations with other systems Process Skills:
  • ITIL V3 process skills
  • Management of standard tools, policies and practices governing the Software Development Lifecycle through Release Implementation for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Development and maintenance of release management process.
  • Customizing ServiceNow applications Behavioral Skills:
  • Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs
  • Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
  • Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity. Qualification:
  • 7+ years of relevant working experience in ServiceNow - development, implementation of multiple modules
