Skills

  • Proven technical and business process experience in ServiceNow solutions
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SAML/SSO, and integrations
  • Experience with ITOM, ITAM, SPM, or GRC product areas
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technology, especially ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Performance Analytics
  • Proficient in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services)

Responsibilities

  • Present and deliver technical offerings to enterprise customers remotely
  • Prepare client-facing and internal technology-related deliverables
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and mentor junior team members
  • Participate in developing new offerings for the technical accelerator portfolio
  • Engage with customer requests, scoping effort for technical recommendations
  • Demonstrate products tailored to customer needs
  • Understand customer business and technical needs related to Impact products
  • Develop strong working relationships with global Impact team members
  • Drive continuous improvements in implementation methodology and service offerings
  • Help customers unlock business value and improve ServiceNow product adoption

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
  • Knowledge of technical components and integrations
  • Experience with relevant product areas and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prepared to pursue ServiceNow certifications

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
