ServiceNow Developer/Admin

Overview We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Duties

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Design and implement technical solutions using ServiceNow capabilities
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Perform system integration activities with other systems and tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations

Experience

• Proficiency in Server Scripting within the ServiceNow platform
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
• Familiarity with various operating systems and network protocols like DHCP
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Understanding of VMWare technologies
• Strong background in JavaScript programming
• Proficiency in SQL for database interactions
