Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, while providing technical guidance and leadership to junior developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to improve system functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, and 5 or more years of overall experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform scripting, REST and SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow development tools.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with business rules, APIs, integrations, and custom applications in ServiceNow.
• Ability to build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications tailored to specific business needs, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Thorough understanding of best practices, coding standards, and industry guidelines in ServiceNow development activities.
