Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location : San Jose, CA Remote

Position Overview : -

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities : -

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within ServiceNow.
• Perform platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.
• Should be at least CAD certified.
