Loch Harbour Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a government project in the DC Metro Area. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain platform environments for performance and reliability.
- Implement system enhancements and updates, including after-hours support when needed.
- Optimize system configuration for performance, scalability, and availability.
- Support SSO authentication and maintain system configurations.
- Manage platform upgrades, document processes, and resolve defects.
- Perform root cause analysis and present solutions for performance issues.
Core Duties:
- Customize and develop ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Configure instances using ServiceNow Studio and automate deployment tasks.
- Build custom applications with Server-Side Glide Scripting and Client-Side GlideAjax.
- Resolve issues during UAT and support production deployment. Requirements:
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Three (3) years of IT experience and/or programming/software development, with hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide Scripting, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Understanding of ServiceNow modules and REST API integrations.
Certifications Required:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
