• 3 Cofiguratio/customizatio of the ServiceNow platform icludig Busiess Rules, Cliet Scripts, UI Actios, Script Icludes, Scheduled jobs, ACL, UI pages, Macros ad etc.
• 4 Should have strog experiece o Service Catalog, workflow ad flow desiger
• 5 Aalyse ad provide solutio desig for fuctioal requiremets
• 6 Kowledge o Service Portal desig
• 7 Experiece i itegratig 3rd party tools with ServiceNow usig Web Services
• 8 Experiece o CMDB ad ServiceNow Discovery
• 9 Excellet writte ad verbal Commuicatio skills
