We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join a ServiceNow Elite partner on a 6-month contract. This role focuses on ITSM and CSM modules, workflow automation, and ServiceNow catalog management. The position is open to candidates based anywhere in the UK, with offices in all major cities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM & CSM modules.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow workflows to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient design and execution of ServiceNow catalog items.
• Support and enhance ITOM and ITIL processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of ServiceNow functionalities to meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in ITSM and CSM.
• Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITIL, and ServiceNow catalog management.
• Expertise in workflow automation and customization on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to manage integrations, configurations, and enhancements within ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
