Job Title: ServiceNow Tester

Location: Hybrid (UK wide)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented ServiceNow Tester to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, alongside strong skills in testing processes. This role involves working closely with developers and business analysts to ensure that all ServiceNow features meet project requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Plan Development:
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
• Testing Execution:
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on ServiceNow applications to validate functionality and performance.
• Defect Management:
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect-tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence, ensuring all issues are logged and managed effectively.
• Automated Testing:
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) or similar tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to thoroughly understand application requirements, ensuring tests are aligned with project goals and that testing feedback is incorporated promptly.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in testing ServiceNow applications.
• Ability to develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Strong knowledge of developing and executing test plans, including functional, regression, and UAT.
• Familiarity with defect-tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) or other automated testing tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
