Job Description

  • Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM and CSM for a 6-month contract.
  • Specialize in ITSM, CSM, workflow automation, and other key areas of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM & CSM modules.
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow workflows to optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient design and execution of ServiceNow catalog items.
  • Support and enhance ITOM and ITIL processes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
  • Great communicator both written, and verbal.

About You

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in ITSM and CSM.
  • Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITIL, and ServiceNow catalog management.
  • Expertise in workflow automation and customization on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ability to manage integrations, configurations, and enhancements within ServiceNow.
