Job Description
- Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM and CSM for a 6-month contract.
- Specialize in ITSM, CSM, workflow automation, and other key areas of the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM & CSM modules.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow workflows to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient design and execution of ServiceNow catalog items.
- Support and enhance ITOM and ITIL processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of ServiceNow functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
- Great communicator both written, and verbal.
About You
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in ITSM and CSM.
- Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITIL, and ServiceNow catalog management.
- Expertise in workflow automation and customization on the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to manage integrations, configurations, and enhancements within ServiceNow.
