Job Description ServiceNow Developer: Participate in requirement gathering phase to provide time estimate to client needs. Participate in design reviews and SCRUM meetings. Analyzing technical development requirements. POC for business requirements. Development, Administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications. Strong Technical knowledge of ServiceNow Modules ITSM with exposure to working on CMDB/ITOM modules. Experience with Rest, SOAP, JavaScript, HTML, Angular, PowerShell. Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation. Experienced in implementation of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping. Coordinate application and platform upgrades. Develop systems integrations and process automation. Develop, configure and improve core and custom applications. Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management Experience in custom applications development. Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. Load, manipulate, and maintain data between Service-now and other systems. Work closely with ServiceNow functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams. Work directly with end-users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow. Responsible for handling escalations, participates in escalation meetings and should be solution oriented in decision makings. Consult/guide the client with the best practices and solutions to new requirements, problem statements and roadmap for ServiceNow. Should have managed a team of ServiceNow resources and is able to manage a team working remotely and on different time zones. Excellent knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management Services: Business Application and Configuration item relationships. Must have experience in CMDB, Orchestration, Discovery, Service Mapping, Integrations, Asset Management, MID Server configurations etc. Expert on ServiceNow Discovery module, comfortable deploying discoveries in a multi-datacenter environment Experience in supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool. ServiceNow Experience should include extensive scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment. Specifically, candidates should possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog and workflows. System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience. System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML or HTML 5, Angular JS Experience in working on ServiceNow Development using Agile/Scrum methodology. Ability to communicate fluently with client stakeholders. Minimum ServiceNow CSA certified and mandatory - CIS ITOM DiscoveryPreferred Skills: Very good exposure towards ITOM, Expertise in implementing agentless work in the enterprise using the ServiceNow Instance. Experience in the new ServiceNow scoped applications, Virtual agent, Performance Analytics, ATF, Predictive Intelligence, Agent Workspace, Mobile app etc., Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC) Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
