ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITBM Module

Location - Skills :- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow and related technologies is essential.- Proven experience in remote collaboration and effective communication in a virtual work environment.Mandatory Experience :- ITSM : Hands-on experience with the IT Service Management (ITSM) module of ServiceNow.- ITBM : Experience with the IT Business Management (ITBM) module, including Service Portfolio Management (SPM).- Discovery : Proficient in ServiceNow Discovery for both On-Premises and Off-Premises environments.- ServiceNow Orchestration : Skilled in ServiceNow Orchestration for automating tasks and processes.- ITOM : Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) to manage and monitor IT infrastructure.- HRSD : Fundamentals of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) within ServiceNow.- Event Management : Knowledge of ServiceNow Event Management for monitoring and responding to events.- Integration and Scripting : Expertise in integrating with other systems and scripting within ServiceNow using Glide, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.Responsibilities :- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules according to business requirements.- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective ITSM and ITBM solutions.- Develop and manage integrations, scripts, and workflows to enhance ServiceNow functionality.- Ensure seamless remote collaboration and communication with global teams.- This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various ServiceNow modules and strong technical skills for integration and scripting.
