Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant (ITSM & HRSD/CSM/FSM) Location : Pan India (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and experience in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Field Service Management (FSM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform for ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and FSM.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices.
- Develop and document workflows, processes, and policies within the ServiceNow platform.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow environment.
- Assist in identifying and resolving incidents and problems related to ServiceNow applications.
- Training & Documentation:
- Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained and updated as necessary.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Participate in change management processes and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in ITSM and at least one of HRSD, CSM, or FSM.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and integration methods (REST/SOAP).
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- Relevant certifications in HRSD, CSM, or FSM are a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
