Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred or relevant systems experience
• 4+ years of information systems experience in multiple areas of IT
• ITIL accredited
• Expert experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, and SCRUM/Agile
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including managers and staff
• Excellent planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow and PowerBI reporting and dashboards
• Provide updates to DD&T leadership with Service Management Data Trends, KPIs, and improvement opportunities
• Deliver Takeda requirements for Service Management dashboards and reports at all levels
• Support department/project team members in Data-related decisions
• Maintain relationships with team members in analyzing and supporting projects and ongoing operations
• Produce dashboards and reports to support achievement/improvement of SLAs and KPIs

Qualifications

• Independent decision-making on structuring reports and dashboards
• Ability to manage demand and prioritize tasks
• Partner effectively on cross-functional projects or teams

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

• ITIL accreditation

Experience Requirements

• 4+ years of information systems experience in multiple areas of IT
• Experience managing outsourced service providers
