Our ServiceNow Developer will provide operatioal ad ed-user support for the Service Catalog of products withi the fully itegrated ITSM solutio. This perso is resposible for cofigurig ad developig applicatios ad processes usig stadard ServiceNow scripts ad tools. This positio requires strog kowledge ad experiece with Iformatio Techology Ifrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, Cofiguratio Maagemet, ad IT Operatios Maagemet (ITOM) procedures.

Resposibilities :

• Cotribute at a advaced level to the ehacemets ad o-goig operatio of ServiceNow.
• Provide log-term oversight to esure cotiuity ad itegratio for Icidet Maagemet, Request Maagemet, Chage Maagemet, ad CMDB modules as well as provide oversight as I/S itegrates additioal fuctios ito the platform.
• Cotribute to ogoig desig ad developmet efforts related to the ServiceNow platform ad itegratios.
• Automate legacy processes usig available ServiceNow workflows ad best practices.
• Assist i aalyzig ad resolvig cofiguratio issues promptly icludig, but ot limited to, Service Catalogs, Workflows ad Reportig
• Work closely with the busiess areas ad applicatio support teams to improve busiess processes.
• Maitai a cosistetly large, ad ofte dyamic workload esurig adherece to security best practices ad stadards for various platforms.
• Performig data aalysis by creatig ad executig complex queries, iterpretig results, ad commuicatig fidigs to techical ad o-techical audieces

• Bachelor’s Degree i Computer Sciece or a related aalytical field or equivalet experiece
• 5 years of software egieerig experiece
• 5 years of experiece aalyzig complex busiess problems ad traslatig busiess requiremets ito techology solutios that factor i system performace, usability, quality, cross-system iterdepedecies, ad scalability.
• 5 years of experiece developig o the ServiceNow platform
• 2 years of experiece workig with Software Developmet Lifecycles (SDLC) ad Agile project methodologies
• 2 years of experiece supportig relatioal database systems
• Available to work after hours ad weekeds.

Preferred Qualificatios:

• 7+ years of software egieerig experiece
• ServiceNow Certified System Admiistrator
• ServiceNow Certified Developer
• ITIL certificatio or geeral kowledge i v3 or higher
• Experiece migratig idividual ITSM products (Icidet Maagemet, CMDB, Chage Maagemet, ad Request Maagemet) ito ServiceNow
