Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow HRSD Configuration Lead at Blue Shield of California, you will be responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform within our organization and optimizing its use with existing toolsets. Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement upgrades to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create reports and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, knowledge, and processes.
  • Work closely with HR, other IT groups, and business partners to configure and improve ServiceNow capabilities in accordance with ServiceNow HRSD and ITIL best practices.

Qualifications: Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar field.
  • Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Working experience and knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, IT Service Management processes, Service Catalog development, CMDB knowledge, and Knowledge Management are mandatory.
