Responsibilities and Requirements
Manage the configuration, administration, and support of the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and improvements. Develop and implement new modules, workflows, and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. Manage ServiceNow instance security, including user/group access, roles, and permissions.
Install and configure new ServiceNow store apps and plugins. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders. Monitor and maintain the health of the ServiceNow platform through regular checks and proactive maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience. Bonus qualifications include Linux administration skills, ServiceNow certifications, ServiceNow development experience, .NET experience, and Active Secret Clearance.
