Job Summary

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow IT Administrator to join our team at SilverEdge Government Solutions. This role involves developing innovative solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector, working closely with our team to configure databases, systems, and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain databases, systems, and servers.
• Support functional and performance testing.
• Provide systems engineering expertise to IT activities.
• Translate business requirements into solution features.
• Install and administer applications on UNIX/LINUX/Windows platforms.
• Install and administer databases.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT disciplines.
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+).
• Administrative knowledge of Databases, Windows, and Linux.
• Knowledge of backups and high availability database architectures is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Network and Servers.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers, project leads, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain attention to detail and demonstrate self-motivation.
