Servant Leader for ServiceNow Projects

We are seeking a dedicated Servant Leader for ServiceNow Projects to join our team. As a key member of our IT transformation team, this individual will be responsible for leading project initiatives and driving business outcomes through the effective use of ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. They should also have at least 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow, as well as ITIL Foundations Certification.

This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results. The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

• Lead project planning and execution for ServiceNow initiatives
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of company assets
