Technical ServiceNow Lead

Job Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITOM, CSM, SPM) and experience designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working directly with customers and a consultative approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
• Consulting experience in mature ServiceNow environments
