The ServiceNow Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in overseeing implementation from proposal to delivery. This position involves acquiring a deep understanding of client requirements and utilizing industry best practices along with extensive ServiceNow knowledge to design solutions that align with business processes and exceed functional needs. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and guide them towards adopting the most effective solutions. Additionally, you will support Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives by clarifying the proposed solutions and facilitate demonstrations of the implemented business processes to stakeholders. This role may also include the creation of training materials and delivering user training. The work:

• Utilize your knowledge of ServiceNow to design optimal solutions that meet or exceed client requirements while supporting the technical team.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow Technical team to identify ways to streamline implementation efforts.
• Ensure all business and design requirements are met effectively.
• Participate in quality management reviews to uphold standards.
• Support test plan development and Organizational Change Management (OCM) endeavors.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of high-quality solutions. Here's what you need:
• Previous experience in ServiceNow business analysis. Bonus points if you have:
• A ServiceNow System Admin certification.
• Understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as per ITIL principles.
• An ITIL Foundations Certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Eligibility Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship.
• An active security clearance or the capability to obtain one may be required for this position.

As mandated by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable compensation ranges for positions based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is:

$73,900 - $215,900 USD
