ServiceNow Application Developer - Junior

Description

We are seeking a Junior Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring software capabilities to meet design and functional objectives. This role involves analyzing functional business applications and design specifications across various functional areas, including finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure software solutions to satisfy design and functional requirements.
• Analyze functional business applications and design specifications.
• Translate detailed designs and workflows into deliverable application products.
• Design, code, test, debug, and refine computer software to produce the required product.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including both use-case level and user-level documentation.
• Enhance workflows to reduce operating time and improve overall efficiency.
• Promote best practices in the use of out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Ensure program deadlines are met and escalate issues to senior developers or architect and supports issue resolution and leverages best practice.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of software development experience
• 1+ year of ServiceNow development experience
• Understanding of Java

Required

• ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification
• ServiceNow Certification: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• 1+ Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer certifications
• CompTIA Security+ certification (required for IT1 Administrators only)
