ITIL Process Expert with ServiceNow

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of IT professionals at evolv Consulting. As an Enterprise IT Consultant (ServiceNow), you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance on ServiceNow implementation and customization.

The ideal candidate has experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration. They have expertise in key ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting, and ServiceNow workflows is also required. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support and guidance on ServiceNow implementation and customization
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and applications
• Manage user roles, groups, permissions, and access control Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration
