• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including experience with ServiceNow platform versions such as Helsinki, Istanbul, Jakarta, Kingston, London, Madrid, New York, Orlando, Paris, Quebec, or later.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform components, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including ServiceNow Studio, Visual Task Boards, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideSystem, etc.) and customization techniques.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services, MID Server, and other integration methods.
