ServiceNow Admin/Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Admin to join our team and support the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working with ServiceNow, a ServiceNow Administrator Certification, and expertise in designing and implementing scalable solutions.

While expertise in core ServiceNow functionalities is required, experience with HR Module, Integrated Risk, and IT Asset Management (ITAM) is a plus. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs.
• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows in alignment with best practices.
• Perform instance upgrades, patches, and system maintenance to ensure a stable and secure environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Manage user roles, access controls, and security configurations within ServiceNow.
• Develop and support integrations with third-party applications via APIs and web services.
• Implement and maintain Service Catalog, Service Portals, and Workflow Automation.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for the platform.
• Document configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure system maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and support.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification (Required).
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.).
• Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflow Automation, and ITSM modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
• Understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
• Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Hardware and Software Asset Management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB best practices.
• ServiceNow Developer or other advanced certifications.
