Job Description

ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to work remotely.

We are currently seeking a strong ServiceNow Technical Lead/Senior Developer who is responsible to optimize, transform, and ensure Organizations are efficient and effective across the ServiceNow platform.

A Technical Lead will lead end to end ServiceNow implementation project development teams and own project delivery goals.  This Technical lead will leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.  Also, as a Technical Lead, you will be required to organize and prioritize the development teams efforts, interface with client stakeholders. The Technical Lead is required to provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to internal and external stakeholders.

Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000

Required Skills

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass an extensive federal government e-QIP background check.
  • 3+ years; ServiceNow Technical Lead experience
  • 7+ years; ServiceNow development experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certification
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation
  • Success as Lead Consultant in 5 or more end to end ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or similar scripting language
  • Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
  • Experience building and coding Configuration Management Databases (CMDB)
  • Expert knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services
  • Expert knowledge of relational databases

Desired Skills

Certifications

  • Active DOD Secret clearance
  • ITIL v3/v4
  • At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
  • Knowledge of remote administration via SSH, SNMP, WMI or PowerShell
  • Knowledge of systems and network performance and availability monitoring and analysis as well as configuration management
