Senior ServiceNow TSM

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Servicenow (OMT) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Servicenow OMT and ITSM, as well as its interaction with BSS/OSS systems, including Servicenow modules CSM and FSM.

This position will require the candidate to work effectively with client executives to own RFPs, define and manage requirements, and lead technical functional capabilities.

The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team in large digital transformation programs to deliver Servicenow solutions. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Servicenow solutions using technical design, development, and deployment skills.
• Configure and customize the Servicenow system, including creating workflows and catalogs.
• Build service requests from customer requirements using workflows to manage data flows.
• Perform integrations using Custom API, KAFKA, Integration Hub, and TMF Open APIs.
• Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and deployment to higher environments.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience with Servicenow OMT and ITSM, and its interaction with BSS/OSS systems.
• Understanding of Agile way of working. Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on technical design, development, and deployment experience with the Servicenow platform.
• Lead development team members and provide technical mentorship.
• Customize Servicenow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and relational databases.

This role entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
