The ServiceNow Admin role is focused on managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management and operations. The position requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. The role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and enhancing the user experience through effective system administration.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required ,
- At least 1 year of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in an L2 support role ,
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow functionality, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules ,
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and Jelly ,
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST APIs, MID Servers, and Web Services ,
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues ,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ,
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams ,
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
