Job Summary

Responsibilities

Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to drive process improvements
• Experience with Jira and working in sprint/agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Previous experience transitioning from a business analyst role into a developer position is preferred
