ServiceNow Configuration and Integration Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow HR Service Delivery projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities using agile methodologies.
• Provide project management and lead roles, handling work independently while collaborating with the HR Business team.
• Capture business requirements, analyze, create, and configure applications to meet business needs, conducting unit and integration testing for quality assurance.
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, configuring new features, fixing bugs, and enhancing existing ones.
• Develop and maintain configuration documentation throughout the development cycle.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and managers to define new business requirements.
