Seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM Service Desk Technician for a 12 plus month contract. The selected candidate will work remotely and require strong technical skills and independence.
- Key Tasks:
- Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently using ServiceNow.
- Support and guide Desktop Services Analysts as needed.
- Facilitate problem management and conduct root cause analysis for significant incidents.
- Oversee ServiceNow documentation creation and maintenance.
- Track SLAs, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Contribute to service desk reporting and analytics to enhance service delivery using ServiceNow tools.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a service desk management or administration role using ServiceNow.
- Recent ServiceNow CSM experience of at least 1 year
- At least 1 year of technical problem-solving experience. Nice to Have:
- Certified System Administrator (ServiceNow Cert)
- Experience with custom apps and app engines
