Seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM Service Desk Technician for a 12 plus month contract. The selected candidate will work remotely and require strong technical skills and independence.

  • Key Tasks:
  • Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently using ServiceNow.
  • Support and guide Desktop Services Analysts as needed.
  • Facilitate problem management and conduct root cause analysis for significant incidents.
  • Oversee ServiceNow documentation creation and maintenance.
  • Track SLAs, problem management, and root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to service desk reporting and analytics to enhance service delivery using ServiceNow tools.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a service desk management or administration role using ServiceNow.
  • Recent ServiceNow CSM experience of at least 1 year
  • At least 1 year of technical problem-solving experience. Nice to Have:
  • Certified System Administrator (ServiceNow Cert)
  • Experience with custom apps and app engines
