ServiceNow Admin/Developer REMOTE

Our client is looking to hire a ServiceNow Admin/Developer to join their team. They are beginning to build out their ServiceNow team as they migrate to ServiceNow. This person will work alongside a ServiceNow Platform Architect to help build out and run their ServiceNow Platform. Some job responsibilities will include:

• Own configuration work within the platform
• Design, develop, and customize services
• Run with incident support and resolution
• Manage instance security: user/group access, administration, access control list
• Perform application maintenance for performance monitoring and error identification and remediation
