A company is looking for a ServiceNow IT Consultant to optimize enterprise workflows through technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access and system configurations Create, test, and enhance ServiceNow forms, workflows, and automation features Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert recommendations for enhancements Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 6+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of ServiceNow core platform functionality Experience using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor ServiceNow Administration experience preferred
