ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer – Integration | CSM | CMDB | Remote | Long-Term

Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer (SNOW) to join our team on a long-term contract. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of real-time experience specifically in Integrations, Customer Service Management (CSM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and custom modules.

Implement and support CSM, CMDB, and integration solutions.

Build and manage API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of the developed features.

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

Strong knowledge and working experience with CSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow Integrations.

Proficient in scripting (JavaScript) within the SNOW platform.

Experience with ITSM/ITIL processes.

Self-driven, reliable, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
