Key Responsibilities Configure and customize ServiceNow's SPM module, including Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and working configurations Design and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation within the SPM module Required Qualifications 3-4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM Strong foundation in Strategic Portfolio Management Experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) is a strong plus Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and platform admins Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and SPM-related platform updates
