ServiceNow ITAM Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Developer in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities:Software Asset Management (SAM):

• Install SAM plugins and configure properties
• Support the identification and creation of reclamation candidates
• Identify and create custom license metrics
• Support DLA's Discovery Model Normalization workflow in SAMPro
• Support mapping out existing SAM Purchase Order processes
• Identify, implement, and configure SAM Integrations

Hardware Asset Management (HAM):

• Install HAM plugins and configure properties
• HAM data cleanup, ingestion, and normalization, including Hardware Models
• Support mapping out existing HAM Purchase Order processes
• Clean up and add to existing stockrooms and associate to Locations
• Configure Asset audit

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years ServiceNow ITAM experience
• 7+ years of ITAM experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
