Key Responsibilities Participate in complex development initiatives across multiple teams Design, develop, and maintain catalog items and workflows to enhance customer experience Serve as a point of escalation for platform issues and ensure stability Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience supporting and administering the ServiceNow platform 2+ years of development experience on the ServiceNow Platform using Flow Designer and UI Builder 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and web technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, REST/SOAP) ServiceNow Administrator Certification
